The culture of New Discoveries Playschool is one of support.  We seek out individuals who are passionate about our unique profession.  During their first days at the school we collaborate to establish personal goals with each staff member.  These goals include personal development, professional development, classroom goals, family support goals and school/program-building goals.  Many of the fabulous aspects of New Discoveries have come because of staff inspired contributions.  Aspects like our annual Halloween Party, class and individual photos, our Star Readers Program, fun child centered class names, Christmas shopping play days and so much more.
