Our multifaceted philosophy combines what we know about individual growth and development (fundamentally necessary experiences), and the good things we have all experienced in life (plain old-fashioned fun, exploration, warm relationships and activity!)
Children want to explore and learn about the world around them. We believe that a responsible child care program must provide a nurturing environment filled with comforts as well as stimulating new experiences. In fact we have our own definition for the word “responsible.”

1. A teacher’s ability to respond to the developmental, emotional, psychological & physical needs of a child.
2. A teacher’s ability to respond to others’ needs by sharing his or her expertise with children, parents, co-workers, & community.
We strive to be a place where responsibility is a purposeful intention that plays out in words, thoughts & deeds. The design of our school model includes dynamically integrated, scientifically proven, time-tested responses to the needs of a modern family.
Speaking of modern families; the parents, children and extended family of our clients all become part of our New Discoveries Family. Over the past 10 years our family has grown, as families do. We now have hundreds of cherished family members who are spread across the country! From Boston, to Ohio; Wisconsin to California; Texas to New Jersey. We love to keep in touch, see pictures and hear about our family after they have left our nest.
